Provide avenues for employees to raise those concerns and receive feedback on any action taken.
Ensure that employees receive a response to their concerns and are aware of how to pursue them.
Reassure employees of protection from possible reprisals or victimisation after any disclosure made in good faith.
We have established a formal grievance mechanism, which serves as a standardised complaint process available to individuals, workers, or communities adversely impacted by our business activities and operations. This mechanism ensures that concerns are addressed in a structured and transparent manner.
